Do I need my boat license?
No, our rental agreement will provide you with a temporary license for the duration of your Kelowna boat rental.

What is the security deposit?
We require a security deposit of $1000 which must be done on a credit card. This deposit is taken at the start of the rental and is done as a pre-authorization and is not a charge, the deposit is only held until you return to make sure no damage has incurred during your rental period.  The security deposit cannot be done on a debit card.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Our reservations are first come – first serve, so call as soon as you can to guarantee your Kelowna boat rental!

What is your reservation & cancellation policy?
Reservations require your credit card information, name, phone number, and email. No charge is put on your credit card until the start of your rental.Cancelled reservations require 72 hrs notice and will result in a $100 charge. Failure to cancel before the rental start date will result in a charge equal to the full rental price for the period reserved.

Which lake do you operate from?
We mainly operate from the Okanagan and Kalamalka. Popular boat launches on the Okanagan are at Roses Pub (downtown Kelowna on Water Street ) and at the Hotel Eldorado. If you would like to go out on the beautiful Kalamalka lake, we launch at the Kekuli Bay provincial park. If you have another launch that would be more convenient for you, just let us know. For multi day boat rentals we may be able to have your rental boat delivered right to your dock depending on your location. As always, we will have the boat in the water ready to go, for the time that you specify.

What equipment comes with my boat rental?
Wakeboards, water skis, surfboard, kneeboard and tube are all included with the rental. We have many sizes of boards and skis depending on the ages in your group. We ask that you contact us the day before your rental to let us know which equipment you would like. This allows us to have the exact equipment that you want, ready to go. This also saves room in the boat because you won`t have to store extra equipment that is not being used. Also included is a wakeboard rope, waterski rope, surf rope, mooring ropes, mooring bumbers, all safety equipment, and enough Neoprene Jet Pilot life jackets for everyone.

What equipment is an additional cost?
None! We are the only Kelowna boat rental company that includes everything in our price. Compare us with our competitors and you will see that they don`t really compete.

Do you have life jackets for children?
Yes, we have a variety of sizes ranging from a child's size to an adult XXX large.

What happens if I damage anything?
During check-out we go through a damage check list diagram of the rented equipment to ensure that both the renter, and Pro-Wake Boat Rentals is protected in case of any discrepancies in damages.  The renter is responsible for all damages.  Pro-Wake does not allow anyone to fix the equipment except certified dealers.  We do not offer Insurance for the renter. 

How does fuel for the boat work?
The rental boat will always be full of fuel at the start of your rental. You will be responsible for fuelling up the boat at the end of your rental at the nearest marina. If the boat is not returned full we estimate the fuel consumption as accurately as possible from the digital fuel gauge. Fuel is then charged for accordingly.
